01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jlil3 website accessible at jlil3.net, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual user upon completing jlil3's registration process.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has created a valid, verified jlil3 Account and is eligible to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other incentive balances credited to a Player's Account by jlil3 under a promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means the amount of actual deposited funds held in a Player's jlil3 wallet, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification" means the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by which jlil3 confirms a Player's identity, age, and residency.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing legal gambling operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the jlil3 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jlil3 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the jlil3 Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

Your continued use of the jlil3 Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the jlil3 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations enforced by PAGCOR;
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
3. You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during your use of the Platform;
4. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of jlil3, its affiliates, or its game providers;
6. You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by jlil3 or any PAGCOR-affiliated program;
7. You have the full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by this Agreement under Philippine law.

jlil3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open a jlil3 Account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, active email address, and current residential address within the Philippines. You must also create a secure password for your Account.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is strictly limited to one (1) active jlil3 Account. Operating more than one Account — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. jlil3 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jlil3 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any time jlil3 deems verification necessary:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys national ID, PRC ID, voter's ID, or similar);
• Proof of current Philippine residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your name).

jlil3 may also request a selfie holding your ID or conduct a live video verification in accordance with PAGCOR KYC standards. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your jlil3 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. jlil3 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jlil3 support immediately.

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlil3 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jlil3 does not charge any fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

5.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits typically reflect in your jlil3 wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet are generally processed within minutes but may take up to two (2) banking hours during high-traffic periods. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. jlil3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Source of Funds

By depositing at jlil3, you confirm that all funds deposited are lawfully obtained and are not derived from any illegal activity. jlil3 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in accordance with Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its implementing rules. jlil3 may request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited above prescribed thresholds.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawal of Real Money Balance is subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your jlil3 Account has been fully verified through KYC; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied; (c) no active fraud investigation or account review is pending on your Account; and (d) your withdrawal request complies with the minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days following submission. Once approved, funds are typically transferred to your nominated GCash, Maya, or bank account within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — within 24 hours of approval; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) via InstaPay — within two (2) business days; PesoNet — within three (3) business days. VIP members may benefit from expedited processing times as detailed in the VIP Program terms.

6.3 Withdrawal to Same Method as Deposit

For the purposes of anti-money laundering compliance, jlil3 generally requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, jlil3 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by jlil3 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated at the point of bonus acceptance. Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements; contributions from different game categories may vary and are published in the Platform's promotions section.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jlil3 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts or identities; placing low-risk or hedged wagers designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play; using automated software or bots to claim or wager bonuses. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and the Account may be permanently closed.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds that are not wagered within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to your Account will expire and be automatically removed. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

08 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jlil3 Platform — including live baccarat, slots, bingo, sports betting, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game on jlil3, you agree to the applicable game rules.

jlil3 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for its digital casino games, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical dealing or spinning processes conducted by human dealers and are subject to real-time monitoring for integrity purposes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, jlil3 reserves the right to void any affected round and return the applicable wager to the Player's balance. jlil3's decision on technical disputes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlil3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using a jlil3 Account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorized by jlil3;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or other forms of dishonest play in live games or sports betting markets;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Attempting to launder money or use jlil3 as a vehicle for any financial crime in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlil3 staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel on the Platform;
• Attempting to access another player's Account or any restricted area of the Platform without authorization;
• Allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf, whether for gambling purposes or any other reason.

10 Responsible Gaming

jlil3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your Account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools immediately. Self-exclusion requests submitted to jlil3 support will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, jlil3 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your Account and will suppress marketing communications directed to you.

jlil3 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years for all account holders and will close any Account where the player is found to be underage, with any balance returned to the verified payment method where applicable.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

jlil3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; receipt of a chargeback on a deposit; or at the direction of PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Players may close their jlil3 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining after all applicable deductions will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method within ten (10) business days, provided KYC is complete and no outstanding investigations are pending.

Bonus Funds and their associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure where Wagering Requirements have not been met.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlil3 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game content, software, graphics, user interface design, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of jlil3 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlil3 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jlil3.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlil3, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlil3 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.

jlil3's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount of verified Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

The jlil3 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. jlil3 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and jlil3 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to jlil3 customer support. Provide your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. Support will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: jlil3 will conduct a thorough internal review and provide a written resolution within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving all required information.
3. Step 3 — Escalation to PAGCOR: If you are not satisfied with jlil3's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing jlil3's operations. jlil3 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mandated review process.

During the dispute resolution process, you agree not to initiate any legal proceedings without first exhausting the steps above. jlil3's records, including server logs and transaction data, shall be treated as prima facie evidence of the facts recorded therein.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the PAGCOR Charter (Republic Act 9487), the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160), as amended.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16 Amendments to These Terms

jlil3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at jlil3.net/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
